"We were not told about breakfast at check in. Didn’t know it was offered. Had to ask what the hours were for day two of our stay. Front desk gentleman at check in was storing our bags for us. I asked for a minute to get something out of a bag and he responded with several big sighs. No one was waiting to check in. The night gentleman gave us a few recommendations for a late night snack. When we returned and had gone somewhere he didn’t recommend he was very rude to us. Customer service was...
