"House is spacious I liked that it has 3 story’s gave us plenty of space and privacy, patios are large and well Equipped with patio furniture & barbecue grill. Kitchen has everything you need to cook, I appreciate all the gallons of purified water, plenty of wood to burn, nice short walk to the beach the property is gated and have security at all times I highly recommend this property close to puerto Nuevo had a great time there "

"The pool area is amazing. Honestly it’s the best part of the entire house. The house is ok. It could use some updates. It is ocean front but you have a very steep and kinda long walk down to get to the beach. Not all our guests could go to the beach due to knee problems and the walk down being so steep. The beach has a lot of rocks and you need to be very careful not to get hurt. The poolside fridge stopped working and it was replaced immediately. The staff was very helpful."
