"Unfortunately the pool was out of service. I did a filtered search for properties with pools and hot tubs and guess what Grand Hotel came up. I have stayed here before but so the search in case a new hotel opened up. Well here we go I booked did not let me.know that even though it does have a pool it would be out of service. Booooo do better both Expedia and Grand Hotel do better"

"Very private and reserved area -parking feels.safe and staff is super friendly ...the comllimentary coffee was always.cold -they have a nice setup table for coffee but coffee was always cold ...price feels high for the area "

"The rooms were nice. The building is surrounded by shops. The staff was welcoming. There was a lot of food throughout the day. Really nice. The only bad thing is that the place needs to be deep clean. Other than the place is nice and I would come back to it."
