I booked a room at Hangar Inn Tijuana through Expedia for [date]. The hotel staff evicted me without proof under a false smoking accusation, entered my room without consent, and refused to provide any written explanation or refund, while the reservation stayed active. I was left with no accommodation that night. I have video/audio evidence showing the lack of cause or due process. This is a serious breach of consumer rights and hospitality standards. I request a full refund, removal of any negative record, and for Expedia to investigate this property to prevent similar abuses against other guests.

Llegué al estacionamiento y estaba cerrado; casi no se ve y fácilmente te lo puedes pasar si no pones atención. Es techado, así que en ese sentido el auto queda bastante seguro. Lo primero que note es que se escuchan los aviones del aeropuerto a toda hora. Me asignaron el cuarto 218, muy cerca del área donde el personal de limpieza se reúne. Estuvieron platicando toda la mañana y todo se escuchaba dentro de la habitación. Entre el ruido de los aviones y las conversaciones, no pude dormir bien. Las camas están más o menos y los cuartos son normales, nada destacable. Lo peor fue el desayuno “continental”: solo había fruta picada, algo de jugo y unas galletas. Todos los huéspedes llegaban y ponían la misma cara de decepción que yo. No lo recomiendo, a menos que solo sea para pasar la noche de paso.
