Find Hotels with an Indoor Pool in Puerto de la Cruz

"For a 4 star, top 100 hotel in the world, there were some experiences I had with it—good and bad. Bad: the WiFi goes in and out quite a bit. Not sure if it’s just a bad connection or too many people using it at once but it has been down for multiple times during our 8 night stay. Make sure to have some shows and movies downloaded. "Hotel was really nice and the views from the rooms are spectacular. It does feel a bit dated in places and the food at the buffet was often cold - also not very good at catering for vegetarians as there is a lot of careless cross contamination both by guests and staff. Overall for the lower price for a hotel, did not expect amazing as you get what you pay for and we were happy with the stay for a couple of nights "

"Nice apartment (a bit old but clean). Good size bathtub. Balcony overlooking pool and lovely views of the valley. Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Kitchen was well equiped but minus a kettle and toaster. Pool is enclosed and small but nice. Good sunbathing area with sun all day. In the La Paz area of town close to shops and restaurants. Overall a good price for a few nights away."

"Amenities were good. food for full board was really good and good variety. The rooms themselves were good but definitely could do with a modern refresh. "

"Well worth the money paid for. Food choices very basic for all inclusive but enough to have a go at. Drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, were bang on. Staff at the bars were sound, receptionists also (bar one man). Wouldn’t bring my family, much more of a friend’s few days away, as limited for kids."
