"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days....

"For a 4 star, top 100 hotel in the world, there were some experiences I had with it—good and bad. Bad: the WiFi goes in and out quite a bit. Not sure if it’s just a bad connection or too many people using it at once but it has been down for multiple times during our 8 night stay. Make sure to have some shows and movies downloaded. "We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days. Their spa facilities were wonderful and thanks to their babysitting service we were able to enjoy a couple of hours in the spa. The staff was very helpful and willing to assist with any requests to ensure we had a relaxing stay. "
