"Nearly evrrything was very good. One thing negative was they could not reserve taxi to the airport for me. They gave numbers of 5 taxi company. I called 4 of them, waited more than a minutes and hung up. Only company responded straight away, but they did not understand english. A few minutes later, they found someone who speak english, but not good enough . I had to talk & explain nearly 10 minutes, wasted time and cost me for a international call charge."

"The reception and lady at the front desk was an absolute beauty. The place was clean and peaceful, quiet, and felt very safe. The location is a bit far away from the city center, and transportation might be difficult without a car. "

"this is an apartment in a less well-off area of Madrid, far from public transport, shops and restaurants. It has 4 double bedrooms (the advert stated 2 bedroom flat) and only one bathroom where a larger person would not fit in the shower. Kitchen is not equipped properly - no coffee mugs, no bowls, no bottle opener, to name a few. Furniture in the room is non existent - a pole for wardrobe and a small coffee table for everything else. Pillows were strange long ones and uncomfortable....

"Reservo y pago a través de Hoteles.com y me llaman de este hotel para decirme que no tienen habitaciones porque ellos no trabajan con Hoteles.com, que reclame a ellos los 44,99 euros pagados, los cuales me dicen que recibiré ese dinero en mi cuenta en un plazo de 72 horas equivalente a 3 días, pues bien desde el viernes ya han pasado 5 días y aún no me han devuelto el dinero pagado por un hotel que no he usado "
