"The morning of or last night at the property the toilet started leaking water all over the bathroom from under the toilet and sewage was backing up into our bathtub. Getting it fixed turned into an all day affair where they wanted us to stay at the property to let in a plumber. After an all day back and forth no plumber ever showed up. Finally that evening we were relocated to another property. I was told I would get a partial refund for hassle but no one from the property will contact me back....

"The property was very difficult to find and difficult to access. It is located on a very busy 3 lane Rd. with one-way access. In order to get anywhere one has to leave with a right turn only then loop around and return via the highway to get back to the property. The property itself on the outside looks unkempt as though it is abandoned. It explains why there were no exterior photos in the listing. The interior of the property was clean and adequate. It is cooled only by window unit air...
