Lovely home almost in the heart of Provo. Really close to BYU (1 min drive), Close to Utah Valley University (about 10 mins), Close to downtown Provo (2 min drive). 18 minutes from the ski resort (Sun dace). Has everything you'll need, plates, utensils, cups, coffee maker, shampoo, conditioner, pans, hair dryer, etc. Also there is a large driveway where you can park. It has everything to make you feel at home.

A very charming and cozy house. Clean and nicely decorated. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommmend it to family and friends. Check-in and Check-out was super easy. The location is perfect whether you need to travel within Provo, Orem, or the surrounding areas. And, our host Nathan was prompt to responding to any inquiries. A nice stay for a few days in Provo

A great spot near all the good spots in Provo and Orem. The house was well supplied, enough space for friends. And a quiet stay overnight. Would book again.

Unexpected stay

I was in town for a family medical emergency. The host helped me book this rental and made my search for a place to stay much less stressful. The location was perfect. I enjoyed my stay very much. Highly recommend.

Loved it!

Traveled with my son for a BYU sports camp. Location was great and check in process was smooth. Great communication with property owner! Inside was so cute and recently remodeled. Everything was clean and well appointed! We had everything we needed! Beds were really comfortable as well! Would definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Great place and location

This was a great place, very clean and check in and check out process was easy! It is a great location in Provo close to BYU.Only thing I would say, is we anticipated putting a few kids on the pull out couch, but it really only fit one person. They do provide an air mattress with a hand pump though. :)

It Was Perfect!

We drove in to Provo to drop our son off at BYU. We just needed a simple place to sleep and relax. The house was clean, the bed linens were nice. It was perfect. I love how it’s close to hiking trails. We were able to hike after a good rest. Great communication with the host!

Clean, Cute, and Comfortable

My friend/colleague and I needed to be in Provo to attend a conference at the convention center and wanted to have more space, kitchen, and easier parking than what can be found at a traditional hotel. The bungalow is an easy 2 minutes drive to the convention center and restaurants in Provo. It was clean, spacious, kitchen had everything needed, plenty of towels, wonderfully working a/c and air purifier, comfortable bed and bedding and smart tv’s. Living area was small but stylish with a calm vibe. Unit is bright which we needed as this was a work trip. Check in was very easy - just touch the electric box to “wake it up” and enter the code. Parking was stress-free in the driveway. Bungalow even has laundry. Even though there were only 2 of us, a family of 4 could easily be comfortable. This will be a go-to when I need to be back in town.
