Not have shampoo or soap, we had to request it from the front desk. The room itself was clean, but in need of cosmetic repair, it did look like they were maybe at the start of doing Reno, not sure. The breakfast buffet was adequate no problem there

The check in staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great. Unfortunately we won't be staying here again because the Ramada is not what it used to be. Everything looks old now and the room had allot of old stains and dirt that has not been cleaned for a while. The comfort inn across the way was way cleaner but did not have any rooms available.

We were placed upstairs and there is no elevator. We requested connecting rooms and they were not. When we told the desk clerk they were not connecting, she said they were! After a bit of discussion, she changed one room so that we did have connecting rooms. Just a bit too much to deal with after a long day of driving. Otherwise, rooms were clean and breakfast was very good.

The staff were amazing. Hotel needs some upgrades. Electrical outlets wouldn’t hold cords and the security doors and gates to pool weren’t working. The breakfast was well run and food was ok. Parking was great. Honestly the staff was so kind and accommodating that the other issues seemed minimal.

The staff are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. This place is old and everything needs to be updated. The room was clean, linens good, bed pillows were small, tv was small. Our room smelled like old smoke. I asked the morning clerk if we could change rooms and she could not accommodate us. She was constantly yawning and didn’t seem to motivated. Oisha, the clerk that checked us in the first day was very helpful. The fitness room is small, missing hand weights, and the cycling machine and the elliptical machines were not working properly. The breakfast was good, and they had very good coffee. I would pay a few more bucks and stay somewhere else next time.
