The check in staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great. Unfortunately we won't be staying here again because the Ramada is not what it used to be. Everything looks old now and the room had allot of old stains and dirt that has not been cleaned for a while. The comfort inn across the way was way cleaner but did not have any rooms available.

This is a property that we visit often because it’s one of the few that accepts pets, the staff is very very helpful. The property needs to be renovated, but the rooms are clean and spacious.

The staff were amazing. Hotel needs some upgrades. Electrical outlets wouldn’t hold cords and the security doors and gates to pool weren’t working. The breakfast was well run and food was ok. Parking was great. Honestly the staff was so kind and accommodating that the other issues seemed minimal.

Arrived in Utah at 6am from a long drive from Oregon staff allowed me to check in after reserving the room online prior to arrival. Pet friendly hotel lots of outdoor space for my dog to walk around. Steakhouse attached to the hotel made it easy for dinning. Breakfast was good alot of options. Room cleanliness /maintenance needs some work long black hair stuck on the shower wall. Previous guests hair products lying on the floor next to the ac unit. Safety lock to entry door broken and parts missing. Door handle to the adjoining room was broken and needed to be replaced. My overall stay was good I give this stay a 7/10

The staff was super friendly and helpful, even when I was checking in late at 11:45pm. The room itself was fine but the bathroom was super small. It was hard to close the door while in the bathroom. And the room door was super hard to open from both inside and outside the room. The hotel seems to be an older building. But for the price, it was worth it.

The staff were very good to work with and amenable. The room we stayed in was not properly cleaned and there were some makeup items left on the floor from what we assumed was the last person to stay there but the bed was made and everything else was clean except the floor, the pool was nice and semi clean. The breakfast was good and convenient as you’d expect for a continental.

While the staff were friendly, this hotel is definitely not up to the level of clean I expect. The breakfast tables always felt sticky, there is mold growing on some of the ceiling tiles, the bathroom never fully looked clean, and our room didn't get a refresh during our stay. Oh, and there was a giant crack in the window in our room. I've stayed at Ramada's a lot nicer than this so I was pretty disappointed. I wish I would've spent more to stay at the Residence Inn next door.
