"We stayed at the Brass Key for the weekend of Pride and the celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was so easy to make a reservation, check-in and check-out. The room was clean and well-maintained, and it is located so centrally that it was extremely easy to walk to any of the events or to the downtown area. The staff is extremely kind and professional. Ruben in particular was wonderful, extremely knowledgeable and talented bartender as well as extraordinarily kind and welcoming. Absolutely worth the money to stay, great breakfast, amazing pool, and incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff members. We will be returning for sure."

"Front desk upon check in was lacking and disorganized. Room was clean. View was amazing. Communication from hotel via daily text was nice. Security was subpar, main entrances were never locked, back door to room key entrance did not work as we got locked out only to find that they were aware of this and didn't inform us. Key cards to room stopped working on multiple occasions and had to be reprogrammed. Bathroom was very tight with a mini sink. Knitpicking aside it was an overall great stay and we would do it again. "

"The place is SO attractive and inviting, Marcantonio provided a warm and professional welcome, and even came up with champagne glasses for my birthday weekend. My companion, only just moved from the South, loved the proximity to things together with much privacy. My only disappointment was that our towels were not replaced with new ones our second day. Next time I have my eye on that stunning room with its fireplace..."
