"Good"

"We stayed two nights at the hotel. Everything in the room was new - from the TV to the mini fridge and microwave. We had a nice room with an excellent view - you could see across the harbor into Provincetown. We didn't explore the property since it rained 2 of the 3 days. There was an outdoor pool but too cold to swim. We had a minor issue with the heater/AC unit. It worked well but was noisy - even when on low. The other issue was the WiFi. We kept being kicked off it. We bought our own Hotspot so we used that instead. It was raining hard both nights we stayed, so that might have impacted the WiFi. I would definitely book this property again."

"Great location, responsive and friendly staff, surprisingly large clean room, all for a very reasonable price. I was on a 14 day road trip, and the 4 nights at the Blue Dolphin were the best of the trip, which included hotels costing twice as much."
