"Enjoyed our long weekend with an oceanfront view. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom with the toilet and shower was small and the shower seemed somewhat dated but did the job. The restaurant and bar staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. We would stay here again."

"My Husband and I stayed at the Beacon for our Honeymoon, it was absolutely a wonderful stay, the staff was so kind and even had a gift for us. They have a ton of beach items to borrow and the walk from the hotel to the beach is short and super easy. The only comment we have is the bed we particularly had was extremely firm. This was our first time staying here and we are already planning to rebook."

"The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.Indian Beach is really nice. The location was perfect. The main pool was steps from the patio. All three pools were clean and well-maintained. Beach access was easy. I appreciated that our hosts provided all of the information for a smooth check-in and check-out as well as information for local restaurants.I highly recommend this property!"

"We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.The property was spotless when we arrived and looked just like the photos. It's a multi-level townhouse with a great layout. The garage level includes a washer and dryer, then the main living room has comfortable, modern furniture and a good TV setup. Upstairs is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a small balcony where you can enjoy a view of the ocean. The upper floors include a spacious master bedroom, an additional guest room, and clean, well-maintained bathrooms, making it a great setup for families or groups.One thing worth mentioning is the ocean view. If you're looking for a place where you can sit inside and stare out at the water, this isn't quite that. You do need to step out onto the balcony and look to the side to see the ocean. That said, the beach access more than makes up for it. It's just a short walk out the door, down the boardwalk, and you're on the sand in a matter of minutes. The beach itself was pleasantly uncrowded during our stay, especially compared with the much busier stretch near the hotel about a mile away.The location is excellent. It's close to mini golf and go-karts for families, an easy drive to Emerald Isle in one direction and Morehead City in the other, so it's a great base for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the community pool, which was larger and deeper than we expected and turned out to be a fun place to relax and meet other guests."

"Naomi, our host was very attentive to our needs and request. We couldn’t get our tv working the first day we were there and she came over almost immediately and corrected our problem. It’s very comforting to rent from someone that is helpful and truly cares to make your stay as smooth as possible! I would definitely rent from them again!"

"Quite disappointed in this unit. Was very dated and very worn. Cookware was almost non-existent. Air vents filthy. Mold in bathtubs and damaged trim and walls in bathroom. Broken window blinds with missing trim above the blinds. Looked very shabby for the price.Very disappointed that the rec center was closed. That limited our options. Pools were very nice but need more umbrellas!!Staff were very friendly."
