"The view was lovely, and the rooms were sufficient, except for the carpet. The carpet in each bedroom was filthy, stained, and left our feet black on the bottoms. The Keurig was broken upon arrival, so we had to get different coffee for the week. We had no air for about 15 hours, but the owner was able to get the maintenance men out to fix it. The grounds at Ocean Club were great and the beach was spectacular. I highly suggest bringing a beach cart if you have little ones. It helps to load chairs, beach toys, Shibumi, etc. to haul out to the beach."

"Beautiful location you can see the Ocean on one side and the sound on the other. The sunsets on the sound side are absolutely beautiful. The owner Paul is a very nice man and he will take care of any issues you have. The pools are clean and very nice also.The kitchen is very well stocked they have a crockpot as well as kitchenAid mixer! We will go back next year."

"The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.Indian Beach is really nice. The location was perfect. The main pool was steps from the patio. All three pools were clean and well-maintained. Beach access was easy. I appreciated that our hosts provided all of the information for a smooth check-in and check-out as well as information for local restaurants.I highly recommend this property!"

"We enjoyed everything about our stay at this condo. It was a very clean and really pretty space. The gym & rec room in the building were added bonuses. The pool was much larger in person than it appears in the photos and was a great size to accommodate everyone. It was also very clean and well kept. We loved the large balcony for relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and there were plenty of towels (for bathing, for drying dishes & for the beach/pool). We hope to stay at this location again in the future."

"great property and locationbut listing says 2 queen beds, they were the smallest queens we've ever seen lol they were full sizein the end i guess it didnt matter but listing should be correctedalso building has signs posted by local fire department that structure is UNSAFErealtor company was not much help there! tried to blow it off. location on the sound side was fantastic"
