"Motel with serious renovation needed."

"AC didnt work, shower head leaked so bad it sprayed my phone that was sitting on the counter. Towels were tiny and stained. Smelled of cigarettes and perfume. Bathroom door was broken. Several cheap patch jobs on drywall. "

"The house is great place to stay. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood, the house was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. "

"This home is meticulously updated from top to bottom. The pictures are very nice but do not do it justice. It is very spacious with an open floor plan that allows guests to all be together yet various areas to split off to have separate conversations. There is a great balcony patio outside with nice view of the river from inside and outside the home.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
