"Excellent valet service. One front desk attendant was friendly but the other couldn’t be bothered to stop reading her book and assist us. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean."

"They don’t offer food and no shuttle service which is what you need for a hotel close to the airport. Uber to go to the hotel was more than US$40"

"I have stayed here several times. Yes, the property is older and is two buildings "made into one", but the rooms are mostly good-sized and well maintained. The absence of an in-room fridge is noted, but that's really of minor concern. The hotel is conveniently located near a bevy of restaurants and shopping and is only a short walk from the Grand Avenue Red-Line CTA station."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was of good size and clean. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. In the morning we had the made to order omelet. It was very good. I would recommend this location."
