"Great location - easy to walk to the train station (Berlin HBF) and other bus and train lines. Great options for food and coffee and a grocery store right nest door. The staff were very nice and helpful. 24/7 access to drinks and food (restaurant in the lobby). Free (great) self-service coffee machines also in the lobby. Plenty of seating for lounging and relaxing. The room was very clean and comfortable, with windows that can be opened for fresh air. The airconditioning did not go down as low...

"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"Zimmer top. Wir sind mit Baby gereist und hatten ein zusätzliches Babybett. Schön, dass dieses zur Verfügung gestellt worden ist. Es war trotzdem noch genügend Platz auf dem Zimmer. Bis auf anfängliche Unstimmigkeiten beim Check-In (Missverständnisse in Phase der Einarbeitung) unter dem Personal waren alle sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Auch auf die Bedürfnisse mit Baby wurde gut eingegangen. Der Spa-Bereich ist besonders schön, der Ausblick in die Stadt von dort oben nicht zu toppen....

Tegenover U bahn , S bahn en direct busverbinding met Hbh. Supermarkt om de hoek. Geweldige plek om na een dag in de stad weer bij te tanken."

"Martin welcomed us and was extremely helpful with his local knowledge. The hotel was great and was next door to an underground, across the toad from a tram stop and easy walk towards the centre. "

"Very nice and clean, no noise either. Only issue is the lift in the building was strange and bit tricky to navigate. Other then that, no real complaints, slept well and very much enjoyed our stay."
