"I had a great stay. Initially, I was put off by the exterior, lots of graffiti in the area, and the presence of homeless people hanging out in front. Despite appearances, the neighborhood is a safe place. I walked to my work event every day at all hours and felt safe. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. "Our stay at the hostel was okay but during our time there, there was an issue with our booking on the hostels end. We booked 3 capsules, yet when we arrived they said that there was other people in these rooms. We got moved to the 4 bed female dorm which I paid for at the property, however, because they had cancelled the capsule rooms I was charged a full cancellation fee despite the hostel being the people to cancel it. I have been trying to get a refund on this for 2 months now and I have not...
