"The place is good for a very short stay. Staff are bothered only till you check in but once it's done they reallly dont want to know you, esp one gentleman with glasses who was extremely unhelpful and seened to be shirking work. He was on night shift during my stay. He was abit stuck up too. Rest of the staff did not want to be involved with the guests and self check-in and online payment etc makes it easier for them in not wanting to be attentive enough. They need to smile little often😊"

"Titanic hotel was amazing and all staff very helpful a polite. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. The omelettes were freshly cooked and served to you. If you couldn’t see what you wanted ask. My only criticism would be that it was very dark outside our room and found it difficult to see where the key swipe card was, having to use the torch on our phone - however I guess if it’s too light it would spoil the effect."

"The room was furnished really nicely and the bed was huge and comfortable. However, there was no ventilation and the window didn't open. When I arrived the room was incredibly stuffy, and only got worse after spending a night there. (I measured the air quality. 400-800ppm CO2 is well-ventilated and 1000+ppm is poorly ventilated. "The room and corridors are clearly old and it's the kinda of hotel where everything creeks and is dated. The room smelt like damp or toilet issues and there was a constant noise of people slamming doors and tapping from outside that could have been birds or something else. The shower had barely any pressure. Breakfast was ok and nothing to rave about but I wouldn't recommend this to anyone"
