"This hotel should only cater to tour groups! As an individual couple we reserved a Junior suite and found ourselves in a room that was super hot room without the heat on, no AC. The bed was beyond firm with flimsy pillows. The noisy elevator next door kept us up all night. The front desk service was the worst where the guy named 'Marcos' got into a heated argument about the fact that they were all sold out and that we had the best room in the hotel!! I truly believe other people reviewing this...

"The hotel is located outside Treviso in a 10 minute drive from the city. They have a spacious parking lot and a huge well-kept garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top floor of the building where the air conditioning was hardly working. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor and not the best quality. Overall for an overnight on our route heading towards our final holiday destination it was OK."

"Good value for money hotel. Some of the reviews I read beforehand were accurate in that the hotel looked as though it could do with a bit of a makeover. A;so, it would help if the owners could speak english better as we did have an issue over payment which was hard work for them to understand,"
