"Loved the location of this place even though it's far away from the river area which is more oriented to expats and travelers. The hotel is mostly clean yet the room we had had some odd off putting bits and we had to fix the shower head ourselves as it would fall off as soon as you'd turn on the water. "The property is currently undergoing renovation with loud construction noise 7am- 6pm on several floors. No fitness or spa facilities are available. No prior warning of these issues was given and the room rates have remained at full rate. Very disappointing and indicative of management attitude to guests."

"Room was ok. The fridge didn’t work very well and we had to ask management how to turn it on. When we pulled out the fridge to try and plug it in, it was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time. No soap, had to use shampoo instead. As for the rooftop bar, hasn’t been used in years ! "
