"This is a comfortable apartment well located in the fun town of San Marcos. Plenty of good restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped (only pod coffee maker...we prefer drip fwiw) overall. Laundry facilities a plus. Two small quibbles--hot water was a bit lacking for our group. "Next door unit watched TV all night. It’s unfortunate there isn’t better sound proofing in walls between the units, but that is the only bad thing with our visit. Everything else was top notch, clean, etc. Wonderful!"

"I didn’t get to stay long because I checked in late, but the apartment was so cute and so was the outside sitting area. It’s much bigger than I expected too. The jacuzzi was relaxing and clean. The only thing is it didn’t get very hot. It’s like 10 mins from the town but I actually enjoyed that. I would definitely stay again. "
