"Love love the LOFT. It is beautifully decorated. Everyone in the restaurant next to the LOFT was very helpful when we arrived. They pointed us to the easiest door to go into and even carried our ice chest up the two flights of stairs. "With graduations going on in san marcos; this was a nice alternative to the hustle and bustle of that area. Apartment was in a nice quiet area just off the interstate about 20 mins. from where we needed to be. Host was super quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more...

The party of 3 was very impressed with this property. 3 beautiful bedrooms, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, you can walk to Gruene ( bit of a steep hill, but beautiful river crossing) Gruene has wonderful restaurants, music, the famous Gruene Hall ( oldest dance hall in Texas). We had a great time , close enough to drive to San Antonio or Austin which we went sightseeing. If I have guests in the future I...

"We stayed here for about a week to attend a wedding and visit with family and friends. The owners were very nice and accommodating for us. We have two larger dogs and they had plenty of space. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I didn’t get to stay long because I checked in late, but the apartment was so cute and so was the outside sitting area. It’s much bigger than I expected too. The jacuzzi was relaxing and clean. The only thing is it didn’t get very hot. It’s like 10 mins from the town but I actually enjoyed that. I would definitely stay again. "

"Stayed here for a short weekend getaway. It was very clean and perfect for the weekend. There is several restaurants close by and it’s very quiet and relaxing. It was raining and cool during our stay so we didn’t do much outside but we did drive to San Marcos which only took about 20 minutes. Beds were very comfortable and check in/out was easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend for short trips."
