"The air conditioner worked well. We didn't have time for the pool nor did we see a pool. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The only issue we had was with the television remote not working due to not being programmed correctly. It was ok, we managed to watch from our telephones but really wanted to watch the Olympics without having to get up and turn the television volume up or down. We will stay there again. "

"The front desk staff was extremely rude. Someone opened my door at 10:30pm. I was sound asleep. Phone in the room was broken. So I used my cell. Dee, front desk, dismissed my concern about my door being opened. She was so very rude. Luckily I carry door safety devices which prevents anyone from actually coming in. I hardly slept after that incident. I will contact the hotel management about this problem and staff member. "

"The room was clean, bathroom was clean and stocked with towels for us. All was as expected. Just needed a place to sleep and shower, bed was comfy and shower was hot. Had no interest in paying more than double at a 'fancier' hotel in another town. It's on the highway, so some road noise but we've had that at more expensive places too. Overall, happy with our stay."
