We were slightly disappointed that upon arrival the room allocated to us did not have a bath (Junior Suite) as requested via email. The lady at reception changed the room for us when we asked if the room had a bath. We then went all the way up to the room to discover that it only had a shower. So back down we went and had to have the room changed again - She kindly gave us a voucher for a free...

"Don’t think of this as a hotel but rather a studio apartment with local tenants. Be mindful of the elevator weight, if it breaks you’ll fix it. Also, lock every door you walk through. We received three keys to get into our apartment and we did feel safer with the doors being locked but this area doesn’t seem that bad. The apt itself is wonderful. We have a view of the city. Also, it’s perfectly located to everything! "

"Perfect location just at the old town square, check it was a bit confusing as entry to the room we had was somewhere else. It would be challenging for some to get to the room as stairs were narrow and steep. In the room we had set up for 2 when our booking was for 3. Tea and coffee was in the room and was chargeable even though it was instant as only 3in1 coffee. Breakfast very basic. We only stayed 2 night and it was good for what we needed "
