"Quite pretty hotel inside, very nice lobby bar, where you can hang out with the friends, we enjoyed the dinner and especially the rich breakfast, the only negative experience was with the the large hard pillows, if you have sensative sleep, may be take your pillow with you, otherwise a great place for a stay"

"The hotel is badly run. People there have no idea how to manage staff or handle difficult situations. We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor. "Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich. Doppelzimmer nicht bekommen und wohnten unterm Dach.Toilette im Zimmer defekt. Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Frühstücksbuffet konnte man vergessen , kein Obst und wurde auch nichts aufgefüllt.Schade , wir hatten uns vom Hotel mehr versprochen. Kann man nicht empfehlen !!!!!"

"Wir haben denn Aufenthalt in der Pension sehr genossen. Es waren sonnige Tage im August und September 2016, die wir mit Wanderungen, Stadtrundfahrt, Besuch des Museumsbergwerkes, Fahrt nach Karpacz usw ausgefüllt haben. Bei schlechtem Wetter haben wir uns das Bierbad im Ort gegönnt. "
