"Good overall. room clean & tidy. 1) Had a bit of an issue with the (sprinkler) light flashing every 7 seconds all night. So getting off to sleep a bit of a problem. 2) No blinds or net curtains at window on ground floor. 3) No mini fridge."

"The staff are absolutely lovely, so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Especially the brunette woman on the reception (sorry didn’t catch her name!) She provided with us extra towels when needed, gave us plates and cutler for our room because we decided to get a takeaway as their was a members party on on the night we stayed and we just wanted a quiet night! She had a great sense of humour and made us feel really welcome. The room was massive and modern with a brilliant power shower and the bed was really comfortable. The spa was brilliant with a huge jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. We went twice over the weekend and both times was quiet enough to relax! We noticed they actually offer a crèche as well for children so you could play sports and go the spa for an hour even if you take your children which we thought was brilliant and we definitely be bringing our children next time. 10/10! "

"Lovely clean, well run hotel and very central for transport links. Stayed for one night only for gig at the Co-op Arena - well located and would certainly stay again in the future."
