The rooms were decorated beautifully, showers were big, and the property was nice. However, I wouldn’t recommend because it was literally infested with ants and termites. Theres are better options in playa flamingo area.

Fantastic stay at Sueño al Mar Residence & Hotel! Perfect location near Playa Potrero, with a large, beautiful outdoor pool and peaceful surroundings. Rooms are well-equipped (kitchen, large fridge, good Wi-Fi), and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

It’s a very nice place. 3 star plus. Grounds are well kept, pool is clean. Only complaints were the noise from the palm trees on the metal roof, (unbearable when windy) and the family of Ferrel cats

We had a great experience and enjoyed everything that the area has to offer. This location is nestled on the perfect spot between Las Catalinas and Tamarindo. Relaxing and quiet stay. Check in process easy and staff was helpful. Villa was clean with frequent housekeeping service. Highlight was the pool which is accessible to all guests. Beach is a 10 minute drive away or 20 minute walk. Grocery store Super La Muralla nearby along with small restaurants serving breakfast and lunch.
