"This place was perfect for the two of us. Well appointed with plenty of cooking and eating utensils along with some spices if you want to eat in. However, the restaraunts in the area were great and very affordable. We enjoyed the provided coffee and tea before exploring the area each day during our stay. The shower is a little tight bed was big and comfortable. We will definitely try and book this place next time we visit."

"This location was perfect for Gonzaga grad week. The apartment was a great size, well equipped, clean and quiet. Barely heard neighbors, beds were comfortable and AC was a great addition. Really easy 5min drive to downtown. Hosts were communicative but not overly so, check in was crazy easy. Would def recommend."

"It’s one of the least expensive rentals I could find, so in that context it was as expected. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel at this price point you are the one with wrong expectations. Little things (clean dishes left in dishwasher, coffee pot half full, no curtain on master bedroom door, and obvious road noise (duh, its next to the freeway)) but it was clean sheets and safe which is all I pretty much ask for when spending this amount per night. "We loved our stay at this (fairly large) studio. Communication with the hosts was prompt, and while we never met them in-person, they seemed lovely. The place is on a quiet street about a 10-minute walk from downtown and the lakefront park. And it was stocked with everything we needed - and then some. Wifi worked great, and it was nice having a full laundry. As a basement apartment, it was blissfully cool, but the ceilings are a little low for any tall folks out there. Would totally stay again!"

"We chose this location to be out of the city while our boys had a baseball tournament in Spokane Valley. The host Kristine was fantastic from when we booked, she reached out with specific directions and left us some treats upon checkin. The bunkhouse was clean and cool on a hot day. They had yard games available, although we didn’t play them after a 8 hour day out in the sun at baseball. We will definitely be booking stays next season when we’re back in the area for tournaments. "Our group of 3 adults visited Spokane for a medical procedure. The apartment is a safe, clean, comfortable space with 2 separate bedrooms (including flat screen tv's) and a pull out sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen! It's located downtown so expect some city noise. Easy access to Riverfront Park, shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Price is great!"

"Every footstep of the upstairs neighbors could be heard. Gratefully, they were considerate. The parking for #A is awkward and dangerously tight when another car parks in front of the entrances. The neighborhood itself was not noisy, pleasant and convenient for visiting a relative in the hospital. The pull out bed would benefit from having a mattress pad and its own pillow."

"Wonderful place located near food, drinks and markets. The room was clean and the staff were friendly andcrespectful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this to others. I absolutely loved the pizza place 100 feet from us and the brewery that was even closer!!"
