"It's surprising to go down a dozen steps to a basement apartment and find a bright space with a nice view out to lawn, trees and creek. We enjoyed our stay in this tidy, stylish apartment for two. There is off-street parking, room to roll bikes around and down to the private patio, and places to sit outdoors in the sun or shade. Inside there are comfortable chairs with good light for reading, a tv that operates on one remote, lots of hangers in the closet,... all well done. The toilet and drain...

"Clear communication and easy to reach when needed … when I struggled with the lock initially (user error) the management group was quick to respond and got me sorted quickly. The space is tidy and well thought out to maximize the space. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and parking was easy even though it was on the street in the downtown area. "We came to Boise for a family friend’s graduation from Boise State. The location of the cottage was perfect, with quick access to the freeway and very close to downtown and the university. The property is so cute and well kept. The bathroom sink is a little small, but everything else was great. Communication with the management was easy and with quick responses. Overall a great stay!"

The owners checked on us via message and were exceptionally welcoming. When the time comes, we will return to this home again!"
