"It's surprising to go down a dozen steps to a basement apartment and find a bright space with a nice view out to lawn, trees and creek. We enjoyed our stay in this tidy, stylish apartment for two. There is off-street parking, room to roll bikes around and down to the private patio, and places to sit outdoors in the sun or shade. Inside there are comfortable chairs with good light for reading, a tv that operates on one remote, lots of hangers in the closet,... all well done. The toilet and drain...

"Short stay in Sandpoint was lovely! Mindy and family were great hosts and accommodations were comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked for a short stay or even longer. Location was ideal for a night out in downtown Sandpoint, walking distance to street festival and local venue for a show. We would definitely recommend this little nook to anyone traveling to Sandpoint area."

"It was good for what we needed it to be. Definitely more of a hunting cabin. We were really put off by the very old used dish sponge. The coffee pot is a Keurig not a “coffee pot” as the listing states. Which is fine, but we purchased coffee for a pot and the KCups provided were expired. Can’t use the balcony:/ but very clean. Perfect location/distance from Yellowstone. Drive couldn’t be easier!"
