"Good stay, we enjoyed it! Good things: very clean hotel, nice big & modern room with lots of different equipment included. Hotel staff helpful. Things we didn’t like so much: hotel felt so far away from everything. There is a tram and bus stop right there, including a train station. You have to get multiple trains to get into the centre. "Close to airport nice stay"

"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."

Great Hotel in good locatioon

"We really enjoyed our stay at Starhotels E.c.h.o. Thank you to the reception staff who went out of their way to help us with our enquiries. Thank you to Maimai in the breakfast area with our vegan breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, modern and very clean. Location is very good with a 3 minute walk to the Milan Centrale station. The station is very good with trains to many locations. Lake Como can be reached in 50 minutes. The bus station location is just outside the Centrale station also with buses direct to Malpensa airport. We will definitely choose this hotel in this location again. "
