We had small problem with our room, but on bringing it to the attention of the hotel, this was dealt with promptly and efficiently in very courteous way. Indeed, every member of staff we came into contact with were all extremely friendly. The attached pub is also very popular."

"We had a couple of nights here whilst bringing my son down to start uni at Falmouth. The hotel is set in its own grounds so feels like the countryside, but only a 25 minute walk into Falmouth centre which incidentally is a lovely place. The staff are very nice and friendly and happy to help, the room we had was good and clean, and the pool was a real treat, and as it’s open from 7am we were able to use it on our last day before having breakfast! Very relaxed atmosphere, would definitely recommend!!!"
