"There was no communication whatsoever about how to check in, despite sending several messages through Hotels.com and directly to the property before our arrival. When we arrived, we found a Ring doorbell at the entrance, which had not been disclosed in the listing. After ringing it, there was no apology for the lack of communication—only someone asking if we had been given the access code, which we had not. The property itself was in a totally unacceptable condition. It was filthy throughout,...

"It was great except pillows were not comfortable too hard , And the bed mattress was not 1 peace it was attached in the middle . Everything else was great and we had a great stay there and definitely we will come back and also recommend it to our friends ."

"Very dirty property, dirty tissues, crumbs and dirty bedding in the rooms, had to leave as we refused to stay there unfortunately"

"What a fantastic experience to stay in such a building"

"Amazing value, huge en-suite room with adjoining living room with large smart TV, kitchen area and loungers. We even had sea views from two windows. All within the walled town a stones throw from the castle. Best value o have ever had with Expedia. Well done Sue, you should put your prices up!"

"I had to call the hotel to arrange a very late/early check in, outside normal hours and the staff was very accommodating. We had to wake them in the middle of the night but the hotel was able to get us into our room and some much needed sleep."

"Breakfast was good. Nothing else was. Not recommended. Our room was directly above the bar with a live band, which meant room shaked and vibrated. Continued until after 11pm to be replaced with loud music until midnight. When asking the staff what time it would finish, the manager intervened into an amicable conversation and proceeded to be aggressive, confrontational and abusive towards to me. This included calling me an offensive term multiple times. And suggesting to his staff that they...

"Very clean comfy good location and lovely staff well worth a visit"

"Arrived at the hotel and no Family room available to us as per our booking of 2 x adults and 2 x children (both aged 10). As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available. No milk was in the room for refreshments and upon asking at reception was told that none was available to us......?! Set in a quiet and stunning location in Caernarfon - however,...

"Casa bellissima con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Molto pulita. Vicina ai punti di interesse. Proprietari deliziosi"

"No entry code given. Wanted passport or driving licence. Neither were carried with us as we toured Wales."

"Excellent accommodation and friendly hosts in beautiful surroundings"

"Nice clean, and family friendly"

"Cabin was awesome everything was spot on. Location was ideal for us for our weekend. Credit to the owners. My Girlfriend loved the horses. The views are amazing so peacefull. Couldnt belive how dark it was at night with no light polution. So much to see and do locally ran out of time. The Hot tub was great the hamper was thoughtfull. So peacefull. Best stay away we have had going to be hard to beat. Will be back again soon. "

"Excellent facilities for our family base, couldn't have asked for more in terms of quality of location, equipment and entertainment for all including games, media etc. We wanted a location we could use to explore the whole island and we found it worked perfectly. Couldn't have been cleaner, great welcome pack to help you when you first get there, safe parking, great garden grounds to utilise, family friendly and ran by a great couple who are close by for any reassurances you may need."

"A great location with great amenities, near two big grocery stores and lots of places to eat. Perfect for a sightseeing journey around the Welsh Highlands. They are not terribly responsive via the Expedia app, so don't expect much if you're reaching out that way."

"Gorgeous property and fantastic location! We loved the stay and the property had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and return."
