"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location within the walls of Evora. The patio and interior are so welcoming and our room was bright and fresh with windows we could open for fresh air. Breakfast was amazing. The only mistake we made was not leaving time to hang out more in the hotel - we were in and out too quickly!"

"Just as you come onto the property, just outside the reception is a cobble stone path, where sets of chairs and tables are set up to watch the sunset and drink the wines produced at the nearby vineyard. That was my absolute favorite place to sit as we were celebrating my partner's birthday. Our friends from New York were vegetarians and found loads of options on the farm to table menu on offer for breakfast and dinner. It rained the last 3 days of our trip, cancelling our hot air balloon ride, but the concierge toggled quickly and offered us an array of options including an olive oil tasting.
