"The staff is nice and helpful. Its location is alright and they have got a clean & cozy lounge where people can do their things. The bathrooms were in mantainance but the ones behind the kitchen were available. Kitchen facility and free breakfast were also ok. I stayed two nights in a female dorm, which shares the entrance with another dorm. It is kind of a weird half-open space, and somehow whoever goes in or out just bangs the door. "The private family room was perfect for a night in Evora for our family of 4 (including a 12 and 15 yr old). We were in town to sightsee and have a comfortable, very clean and safe place to sleep. The front desk staff were sweet and welcoming. Our only complaint was that we had to let the hot water run for a good 10 minutes before it reached the shower, however, once it got going, it was perfect. "My fiancee and I had a wonderful stay with Heaven Inn. The room was impeccably clean with welcoming gifts of chocolate and a local liquor. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Our room had a private patio where we could enjoy a glass of wine after a day of touring the charming city if Evora. We highly recommend staying here and plan to come back if we ever visit the city again."
