"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Duomo, as well as many great restaurants and shops. The rooms were surprisingly spacious for Europe, and we found them to be very comfortable. Breakfast was quite decent, especially considering the price. The only downside was that one of our rooms had a shutter blocking the window that couldn't be opened, which meant there was no natural light and the room felt quite dark. Aside from that, everything was great, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others "

The only few recommendations: More choice at breakfast, for the 5 days we were there it was pretty standard and unchanged. The spa area was very quiet and often guests don’t know about it, so just allowing all guests who have paid a lot to have a free hour booked in? Overall, brilliant experience in Milan and Lake Como!
