"Fantastic hotel for my partners birthday! We both enjoyed our stay we didn’t want to leave. The hotel arranged for the balloons to be in the room upon arrival and also left a note with an Everton toblerone. The hotel gave us a room with a view of hill Dickson upon my request which was lovely of them. The spa was fantastic! One of the Best spa’s I’ve been to! There were two weddings during our stay which was lovely to see and didn’t disturb our stay! The rooms are huge and they were just perfect for our weekend away. "

"Just around the corner from Lime Street station, the Liner Hotel is lovely and quiet. The restaurant offers a variety of meals, and the Castaway Lounge is open in the evenings. Excellent location for popping on tours (at the World Museum, 3-5 minute walk) or walking through town to the Ferry or the Cavern Club, as well as history sites. "The staff in every section were fantastic, Cheerful, helpful and very polite. Food was cooked to perfection, Breakfast had plenty of choice and would cook extra things for you if they had it. For us, a couple in our 70's it was absolutely 100% perfection and if we come back to Chester again we will certainly be staying here."

"Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service "
