"We’ve stayed here many times in the past, but this was the first time since Covid. It’s still a beautiful hotel and they said by next summer, they will have even more amenities. The staff is always wonderful. This year, I noticed paint peeling, faded furniture, stains on carpet, etc. Seems like they’re overdue for some touchups, but hopefully that’s all included with their updates they’re expecting by next summer. The only dissatisfaction I had was the loud DJ during the day. It was impossible to sit on the balcony and relax. Even with the door balcony door closed, it was too loud to relax or watch tv without being able to hear it. We were on 3rd floor on the far opposite side of where the DJ was. Can’t imagine how challenging it was for guests that were even closer. They did turn it down a bit when asked, but it was blaring from I think 10am-4pm, which is a long time to not be able to enjoy the room. The first day we went to the beach to get away from it. The background music is nice by the pool, just way too loud. The live music in the evening was at a much better volume and more calm, so we could barely hear on balcony and couldn’t hear it with glass door closed. Otherwise, as always, we loved our stay. I’m sure we’ll be back again. It’s still one of our favorite hotels."

"Stay was OK. On a positive note the staff was friendly and room was clean, but the furniture and decor is worn and outdated, the room was arranged awkwardly making it hard to walk around the bed. The AC didn't cool well and was noisy."

"It’s basically some apartments with some tennis courts. They offer no tennis lessons or group lessons. I felt completely miss lead. It seems most the units for rent are individually owned. So you may get a good one? Or a bad one? We got a bad one. The sleeper sofa should have been thrown away ten years ago. The queen mattress had little support. Throw pillows never washed. Dirty worn out chair. Dust thru out the place. Be sure to read the fine print. They charge $165 for cleaning and a fee per day for your vehicle. That’s a big reason why it costs so much to stay there. Not because it is some fancy tennis resort. The restaurant at the pool was awful and expensive. I noticed people mostly only ordering drinks from there. The pool was nice and clean and the beach access was very convenient. It was a very enjoyable beach . I wont be staying there again. Rent at your own risk.. Good luck.. "

" This wonderful home was the perfect place for our family of 4 (plus 2 medium dogs) to spread out, relax & escape the snow at home. The listing is completely accurate from the layout & description, to items included. An open-concept layout meant a large, inclusive living space for us to hang out while doing different things (ie. kids relaxed on the huge sectional,while my hubby cooked & I was at the kitchen table. But the master was on opposite ends of the house from the 3 spacious guest rooms. The master was large & bright, had a comfy king bed & nice ensuite. All the rooms had nice-sized smart TV’s. The living/family room had the largest TV-great for family movie nights-important b/c we had a rainy first 2 days. Super comfy sectional couch had room for all of us & space to spare. The home was all hardwood-SO important for pet-friendly places & beach houses! It made the daily sweep so easy. The outdoor space here was wonderful! The yard was big, fenced private. The pool was huge & clean, with sun shelf, loungers & patio, dining table & umbrella, bar/firetable. All so spacious! There were outdoor speakers to stream your music & a shed with all the pool & beach “stuff” you could need. There’s also a bbq & starter kit of sundries is given.There was a stacked washer & dryer tucked in the hallway bathroom! Jon was very responsive to our few questions. The gorgeous beach was about a 6-7 min walk straight down Folly Field Rd, or a 4-min bike ride. Loved it! 12/10!"
