"The location is close to local attractions and restaurants. The owners are incredibly wonderful people that take the time to make sure you are having a great time. A great choice if you are staying in Port Alberni."
"The stay was ok-but some improvements needed. Light above mirror in bathroom was burnt out. Room has wear and tear but clean. Pool is a bit shabby and liner peeling, could use a refresh. Bed was very soft so if you like a firm sleep they weren't for you. Price was ok for a July stay"
"My husband and I thought the hotel itself was a great little place to stay. The rooms are extremely clean and amenities were great. We did use the outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Had breakfast in the café next morning, which was excellent. Also having an upscale coffee machine that made lattes, cappuccino, etc., was awesome.!!
As we were travelling from Campbell River and going to Bamfield it was a nice break.
We will definitely be returning!!"
"Works well enough for a cheap last minute overnighter. The premise is certainly run down and dated. Cleanliness was okay, though the bedding smelt heavy of detergent and there was an overall old smokers smell to the room. You get what you pay for."
