"Astir was literally across the street from the ocean. I did not have a full ocean view from my room, but I could see it from my balcony on the side of the building. It was a single room, so the bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely room for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a bar open in the afternoon/evening with a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. "

"I had a one night stay in Argostoli as part of a longer trip. The Alley Hotel was absolutely adorable. The staff was friendly and patient. The rooms are so unique and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. The fresh baked veggies were my favorite part. The Greeks know how to cook eggplant! All in all I was very pleased with my stay and experience. I would stay here again. "Very nice spot, staff are friendly and the pool area is fab, we had a great stay. We travelled with a baby and thought from the pictures that the studio had a separate bedroom and living space but it was just one room, bit tricky once the baby went to bed but the terrace was great. The key fob to switch off the electricity when you weren't in the room was a little annoying, understand turning the aircon off but was a bit irritating that it switched off all the plugs, couldn't charge the baby...
