"Arrived 20 to 30 minutes before check in time due to the bad weather only to be told there was a fee for early arrival which didn’t make for a great start when everywhere else that we had stayed was fine with it as it wasn’t far off the stated time of arrival. The rooms are basic. For the price they should include breakfast. Rooms are not serviced during your stay. We were there 3 nights. We were in a downstairs room and could hear every footstep made from the room above. It’s a means to an end...

"We stayed here for three days and used it as a home base while day tripping around the area. The breakfast was a very reasonable add on and was a good start to our days. Lots of free parking and good access to the motorway. We would stay here again."

The bath towels were generously sized and fluffy. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. Guests could also order items from the kitchen. Overall, this hotel surpasses my expectations for a 3-star hotel."
