"Posizione ideale, camera accogliente, bagno pulito, grande, funzionale. Colazione ricca ma sopratutto di ottima qualita' con personale disponibile e gentile."

"This is a perfect hotel for couples looking for proper comfort and a high quality of service when travelling to Bergamo. Everything is what we hoped for from the central location, the exceptional quality of the Junior studio, the superb and plentiful breakfast and certainly the friendliest and most helpful staff you could wish for on any trip. Francesca, Rebecca and Francesco were all consistently attentive during our stay and each of them a real example of the first class hospitality on...

"The location was fabulous, right in the middle of town, but quiet regardless. Nice breakfast in my room, such a great perk."

"Hôtel très bien situé pour la visite de la ville, disposant d'un parking sécurisé. Chambre un peu vieillote mais confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix."

"La struttura è pulita e il personale disponibile e cortese. Una pecca il bagno della camera: molto piccolo e trascurato e senza lavandino. Il lavandino si trova nella camera vicino al letto."

"Very Disappointing Experience 👎 The only positive aspect of our stay was the comfortable bed. Everything else was disappointing, especially the breakfast. By 9:00 a.m., there was no cheese or ham left, the selection was extremely limited, and there were no plant-based milk alternatives. The fruit looked old and wrinkled, the eggs tasted unpleasant, and the next morning, only cold, hard-boiled eggs were available. The breakfast staff did not understand English and were frequently absent,...

"Room was excellent, breakfast was wonderful. The location was perfect, I would recommend for anyone visiting Bergamo."

"Chambre très mignonne un personnel au niveau du petit déjeuner super agréable et sympathique ."

"It was an okay room and hotel, we found the room cold and even the heater in the bathroom was not working properly. Fine for one night stays..."

"ホテルの人が大変親切だった。"

"I had a ten day stay. My room was very dark like a cave.. I was unable to look out a window unless I climbed on a bed and even then I could not see much. I understand that they may have been fully booked at a point. I just kind of felt that from my check-in experience and encounter with the front desk; I was given this last resort room. I had traveled for 22 hours and just wanted a shower when I arrived. Breakfast was okay; cappucino machines were not always functioning so that was kind of...

"Absolutely loved staying here. The welcome was warm (with an upgraded room as a bonus). The restaurant was beautiful and the food was incredible. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast next morning came with the most incredible view."

"11/10. Could not be more pleased with our experience, particularly the graciousness of the staff (Franco, Gian-Luigi, and Svetlana (hopefully the correct name!). They went above and beyond for us and our 2 year old. The location just on the edge of Citta Alta was also extremely convenient, in additions to be steps away from the funicular to San Vigilio. The personal touch of the staff makes Le Funi a *must stay* for all travelers, and certainly for families."

"Solid, economical hotel. Single business traveler on a budget. Small, comfortable, quiet room, generous breakfast included. Many families with children booked the hotel which gave my stay a homey feel. No restaraunt but well located in walkable distance to several local spots. Public transportation accessibility made getting around to main Bergamo sites convenient. (A parking facility is available if needed.) Walking distance to train station. I liked the historic atmosphere of the hotel and the...

"El hotel es impresionante la única pega es q no está cerca del centro y los taxis son caros"

"The staff were immediately helpful and friendly and the room was very clean, well appointed and well designed. Breakfast was exactly what I have come to expect from Italian hotels, great food, great variety and fantastic coffee. Easy and convenient to get too from the train station."
