A great location in a great part of town. Loved the decor and the vibe. The staff were super helpful in finding us a place for dinner and were really welcoming throughout. Much better value than staying in the upper old town!

Wonderful hotel - such personal service and kind attention to detail. The team are so welcoming. The breakfast is delicious and it was delightful to eat it outside in the beautiful garden. Loved the balcony to my room and was lucky to make use of the gym. Would love to come back soon - really nice room and location.

It was an absolute delight and pleasure to have stayed in this amazing hotel. Great location, amazing staff and excellent maintained rooms. I was very pleased with the airco system, the room equipment, breakfast, and daily amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitailty, kindness and helpfull frontdesk staff. I felt more than welcome, at home and will for sure stay again. Thanks so much for the great service!

I stayed at Petronilla for 3 nights whilst holidaying with a friend. Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! It was a quick and easy 20 min taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is small and stylish and nestled in amongst a thriving array of shops and restaurants. The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfy and the shower was probably the best I've ever used in a hotel. The staff were absolutely charming; so friendly and helpful. They booked dinner for us on 2 consecutive nights and the places they recommended were amazing! Breakfast was great!; there was a good selection of fruit, cheese, meats, bread, yogurt etc and they cooked you delicious eggs and bacon if you required a cooked breakfast. Altogether a really special stay!

Great location in old town Bergamo, walkable to train station (for Naples), bus stops, shopping areas, and numerous restaurants. Very helpful staff, and great buffet breakfast plus made-to-order coffees and eggs. Would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent Hotel, Amazing Staff and Service

We loved this hotel. The staff and the service were excellent. They made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of options. The location was great for getting to restaurants, shopping, and the sites. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Petronilla for you trip.
