The hotel has a Cafe rather than restaurant, so opens daytime and focuses more on drinks and lighter food options. Huge advantage at breakfast when the cakes and croissants are picture perfect. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Great location and loved Bergamo old town"

"Well located and easy to get to from Bergamo airport. Near historic Citta Alta and near funicular transportation of Citta Alta. Rooms are clean and cozy, view from grounds is amazing and on a clear day you can see all the way to Milan buildings. Nice area with many restaurants and shops. Hotel staffed accommodated us when we arrive late in the night around 1am. Definitely recommend and would definitely return."

"Rooms were exceptionally clean. They were made up every day, exactly as each guest wished. Rooms were very quiet, views were exceptionally beautiful. Location, although seemingly isolated, was very easy to access, including taxis, bus, funicular, good walking paths."

"We stayed two nights at Paola and Giuseppe's place in Bergamo. They are wonderful host. Easy to communicate, met me at the place in person and showed me wifi., Air conditioning, laundey, parking, and all the details that made the stay comfortable. They even provided basic stuff like coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil, even a bottle of nice red wine. The place is spacious and quiete. Perfect get away place for the wayfayers trail trekking. "
