"A bit run down place in the forrest. The biggest minus was that there were no A/C or even fan in the room, making it difficult to sleep. The mattresses were hard and the shower had now water pressure. The breakfast was so poor that I would not call it a breakfast. We had booked for three nights but left after the first mainly due to the lack of A/C. There are some good things about this location, if you are willing to look through the fingers on the above. "This is an easy place to access the Pisa Cathedral and the leaning tower as well as the airport being a few miles away from each. We were here on Sunday and so parking near the tower was easier with the blue zones being free on that day!. "
