"The hotel is a little dated but still nice, or room was small but ok"

"Staff were as incredible as anyplace we have stated. Grounds and hotel room simply immaculate and gorgeous. Far exceeded our expectations."

"Tout est parfait dans un cadre paradisiaque "

"We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Taxis are almost impossible to get (they have to travel from Pisa), the buses were intermittent and weren’t running at the weekend. It also isn’t safe to walk along the main road to access other amenities. On our first night both restaurants were closed (something that we weren’t told when we checked in) and the nearest supermarket...
