The breakfast buffet excellent lots of choice every day fully stocked the outside pool area very nice indoor pool was ok looking a little sad needs a bit of refresh however my son loved it. Bus stop 2 minutes walk very close to restaurants shop etc I would stay here again as a great base for exploring "

"Great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The place was very clean. It was great having access to all of the facilities of the park hotel next door. Location was perfect, closer to the “old town” Funchal than most of the hotels, about a 20 min walk to the center, but great area near a lot. Overall I felt very safe, only thing to note is that there is no one at the front desk between midnight and 7am, but you will need your key card to get into the building...

The concierge, Andre, could not have been more friendly or helpful in providing airport transfer, car rental, and advice. He helped me squeeze the most out of my too-short time in Madeira. "The room is a bit tired. But everything worked ok. Good shower, a/c etc. The front desk staff were all really friendly and helpful. The best thing about this Hotel is its position. Perfect for getting about Funchal."

"The host will pick you up from the airport for €20. He answered all my WhatsApp messages very quickly. You really need a car if you stay here. The staff I met were really friendly. If you book, make sure (before you pay) with the host what actually is the accommodation you pay for. Re-confirm when you book and after you have booked. I found the description incredibly unhelpful."

"Three House Hotel deserves more than five stars! Our room was an apartment rather than just a hotel room, and it was perfect. The rooftop pool, deck and bar was great with comfortable seating, a very nice casual yet elegant decor and an incredible view of Funchal and the waterfront. The staff that we interacted with were, to a one, professional, engaging, pleasant, energetic and attentive to our needs. The location, very close to the Old Town area suited us perfectly. "Traumhafter Ausblick! Willkommensdrink und sehr leckeres Willkommensmenü. Sehr gutes eigenes, kleines Restaurant mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Originell eingerichtetes Lokal, vor dem sich abendlich nicht nur junge Leute treffen, auch um sich bei leckeren Cocktails den Sonnenuntergang anzusehen."

"On a attendu plus d’une heure à l’aéroport que l’hôte nous récupère. Il nous a fait payé plus cher qu’un taxi... Hébergement spacieux et propre avec une vue magnifique sur piscine, mer et montagne. Un joli jardin très bien entretenu. Séjour agréable, je recommande ce lieu."

"Our group of 14 thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay at the Cliffside Villa. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac just outside of the precious town of Ponto Do Sol. The house is spacious and easily accommodates a large group. The view of the sea from the pool and balconies is incredible. Communication with Carlos/Caty was quick and easy. Our host had delicious snacks and beverages upon our arrival which was such a nice gesture! Thanks so much for having us. We hope to come back to Madeira!"
