Casa Tres for four people with pool

Nestling in the idyllic valley behind Pollensa golf course, in a quiet rural location, yet in easy reach of Pollensa old town and the amazing sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, this charming two bedroomed villa is a real hideaway for a special holiday on Mallorca. Thanks to its welcoming interiors and large outdoor areas with spacious furnished terraces, this villa is the perfect family holiday home all summer long.

Arriving at the villa, the guests are first welcomed by the large covered terrace that runs along the whole side of the property. It is well furnished with comfortable armchairs and table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Doors from the covered terrace lead inside the villa to the lounge/dining area. Off to the side of the lounge there is a fully fitted kitchen made of pine wood. There is also a laundry room available for the guests. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, all pleasantly furnished and air-conditioned. The first is a twin featuring a private shower room (walk-in shower), whilst on the other side of the corridor there is the stylish master double bedroom with en suite bathroom (separate walk-in shower).

To one side of the villa there is a full barbecue kitchen with hob and oven, plus a superb eating area for al fresco dining. To the other side of the villa overlooks the large swimming pool which has jacuzzi jets at one end for additional fun. Sunbeds are provided.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am.

Mal aufhübschen

Die Lage und der Aussenbereich sind Top. Service und Zwischenreinigung haben trotz Corona sehr gut und vor allem Kontaktlos funktioniert und wie werden sicherlich wieder über easyvillas buchen, da wir doch schon öfter auf der Insel sind. Alles in allem allerdings ein sehr erholsamer, entspannter und schöner Urlaub auf dem Anwesen. Generell müsste die Finca mal etwas renoviert werden, trotz des wirklichen sehr guten Aussenbereiches inkl. Aussenküche ist der Mietpreis ansonsten nicht mehr zu rechtfertigen. Bei Ankunft schien die Finca auch nicht gereinigt worden zu sein, da die Duschköpfe in den Duschtassen lagen und schon Abdrücke dort hinterlassen hatten.

Schönes Haus abseits der Touristenströme

Super ist die aussen Küche, sowie der Grill. Ausserdem ist der Pool mit fast 15 metern groß genug um ein paar kleine Bahnen zu schwimmen. Das Wasser ging einen Nachmittag nur schwach, eine Gasflasche war leer, Feuerzeuge sind leer (benötigt für Gasherd). Kleinigkeiten die sich einfach beheben lassen daher kein Punktabzug...aber gemacht muss es trotzdem werden am besten bevor es dem Gast auffällt.
