"Our stay was wonderful. The property is located in the middle of La Condesa, a very walkable and safe neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks around. Ubers were very easy to come by. In addition, Andrea was incredibly responsive. We had an issue in one of the bathrooms, Andrea responded within minutes, and sent a repairmen out to fix it within an hour! A, I would definitely stay there again."

"Our family of three loved our stay. The unit was exactly as described in the listing and the area is bustling with things to do. Would highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host provided 2 swamp coolers for each bedroom which kept the apartment cool. This location is 2 blocks from the Antara mall and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Very safe area with incredible views from the apartment. "

"This was a clean, well equipped apartment in a great location! Only thing was the pictures and description for this apartment was not accurate on VRBO. It has 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and 3.5 bathrooms."

"A localização do apartamento é perfeita e a cama é boa, porém achei muito ruim alguns itens dentro do apartamento. O banheiro é bem ruim, especialmente a ducha (água quente termina em menos de 5 minutos) e há bastante ruído da construção do lado e não se pode bloquear totalmente porque a porta da área de serviço não tem porta."

"The floor and tables were very dusty. I think foreigners prefer white bed linen because it purposefully shows when they are not clean I would add a small box of tissue paper and a roll of paper towel Also we prefer white towels I convinced people would be willing to pay a few more dollars for these conveniences Perhaps locals don’t care about color of linen and towels The dish washer sponge smells, it would be better to cut those in half and toss after use Those are just suggestions I liked...

"We had a great stay at this apartment. Location was perfect, close walk to lots of restaurants. The space was more than comfortable for 6 people. Would stay here again!"

"We used to live in the area of the VRBO so was wonderful to share and experience where we used to live and the location is perfect for walking to the parks, shopping, restuarants, easy inexpensive uber rides to places further out like Chipultelac Park, Coyacon, etc. Concierge was wonderful daily. It was a lot hotter than normal in Mexico City, no A/C which is pretty normal there, for travelers not used to it, the fans cooled it at night. Could use a few more fans during the hotter days though....

"We loved our stay in Polanco. The property is in a great location, has a beautiful patio overlooking the street, and has a Walmart grocery within two blocks for groceries. The three main rooms were spacious; the fourth was pretty small. No air conditioning but tons of fans and a nice breeze from the large windows. We loved that there was a 24 hour doorman and Andrea was communicative over the VRBO messenger and constantly checked in with us. Overall, great stay!"

"This is a fantastic property within walking distance to all of the Centro Historico attractions. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed. The hot water took awhile one day to kick in but all was good after that. We dined in the restaurant and had great service from Raul. He is such a great man. So personable and just concerned that you are enjoying your meal and time. Sergio at the front door is also excellent. He is very knowledgeable about the area and is very kind. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Gracias!!"

"Since we were staying eight days, it was important to find a place that had space to stretch out and unwind at the end of busy days sightseeing. We appreciated the kitchen and livingroom, along with the rooftop patio that provided great views. Staff were gracious and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay at another ULIV property."
