"Nous avons été très bien accueilli, on nous a gentiment expliquer comment nous rendre au parking de la ville et ensuite à notre arrivée à l'hôtel nous avons eu droit à un accueil chaleureux. La chambre était très bien, un beau balcon donnant directement sur la grande place, nous avons pu y prendre un bon petit déjeuner le lendemain matin."

We booked a room with sea view and balcony,room was spacious and nicely decorated and the bed was so comfortable (queen size). "Very clean and comfortable. In City centre so great for restaurants and bars etc. Poitiers is a very attractive city centre with pedestrian only areas. My only gripe is tea making. Being English we generally don’t like cream in tea. Much better to have milk. More than 2 tea bags would be great. "
